• Go  to http://www.payoneer.com

• Click on Signup Button as shown in Image.

• Click on Sign up for a card.

• Click on "START HERE" and a form will appear below.

• Fill up the form with real details i.e. your real name , email

• Full address where you want your Master Card to be delivered Full Address include Name of place, Ward number, and House number.

• Write the name of Your City for e.g. Pokhara, Kathmandu, Dharan, Biratnagar, Jhapa, etc. or wherever you live.

• POSTAL CODE: You must give the postal code of your city if you don't know the postal code you can ask to your nearest Post office.     For NEPAL you can see all the list  of Postal code in this website<<click here>>

• Give your Both Landline and Mobile number in International format. Nepal's Country code is +977. Now  a number will look like +97798******** in International Format. If you are  from any other country you can know your number in International Format.

• Now click on STEP II and type a password in "CHOOSE YOUR PASSWORD" box and retype it in "CONFIRM PASSWORD".

• Choose a security Question and give an Answer for it. Be sure you remember this later.

• Now click in STEP III and choose your Government Photo ID type. It can be NATIONAL  ID i.e. CITIZENSHIP or PASSPORT or LICENSE.

• Now give the ID number of your Government photo id in ID NO. box. For e.g. If You had chosen National ID as your photo id type, then give the number of your National id i.e. citizenship. Remember w cannot include signs like - / so give a space for these signs.

• Choose and tick all the I AGREE boxes.

• LASTLY, click on FINISH button.

WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS NOW A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE  WILL APPEAR THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFULLY SENT FOR VERIFICAITON

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
NOW KEEP CHECKING YOUR MAIL EVERYDAY. AN EMAIL FROM PAYONEER WILL ASK A COLOURED SCAN COPY OF YOUR GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID.
AFTER YOU GET MAIL TO UPLOAD YOUR GOVERNMENT ID, THEN JUST CLICK ON UPLOAD TEXT IN BLUE COLOR IN THE MAIL A NEW WEBPAGE WILL APPEAR. JUST CHOOSE THE TYPE OF YOUR GOVERNMENT ID PROOF THAT YOU HAD CHOOSEN PREVIOUSLY AND CLICK ON CHOOSE FILE, GIVE THE LOCATION OF YOUR GOVERNMENT ID. BE SURE YOUR FILE IS IN JPEG FORMAT. AND LASTLY CLICK ON UPLOAD BUTTON.
STILL KEEP ON CHECKING YOUR MAIL DAILY TO KNOW THE ARRIVAL DATE OF YOUR MASTERCARD. IF EVERYTHING GOES FINE, MASTERCARD WILL BE DELIVERED AT YOUR HOUSE WITHIN 40 TO 45 DAYS.

How to Activate Payoneer Prepaid Master card?  

• For online - go to www.payoneer.com

• Click on the "Activate your card" button on the Payoneer homepage(link)

• Enter the username and password you choose when you registered for the card

• Click on "Activate Card"

• Create your new PIN (must be 4 digits) and click "submit".

• You will receive  a message from Payoneer, immediately indicating the result of the change.

• Your card is active upon successfully completing the PIN change.

Please note that the payoneer card is a debit card, and can only be used if there are funds on it. Your card will only be enabled once funds are loaded to it. Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard Fees. Here are some other transaction fees you have to pay.
